Guseli Design is a studio practice producing limited edition sculptural objects rooted in material and proportion. Each release is considered — not seasonal — mindful in form and crafted through a slow, hands-on casting process.
Arc No. 1 exists as a singular edition of 25. Future works will be introduced gradually as the practice evolves.
Why We Make Objects
Guseli Design is driven by an interest in presence — how form sits in space, how surface meets the body, how a simple arc can hold meaning. The practice unfolds slowly, intentionally, with material at its centre.
Process as practice
Each object in the Guseli Design series is made slowly, by hand, and through a dialogue between form and process. Variation is inherent, and time becomes a collaborator.
Future works
Planned explorations and studies in sculptural form will emerge from the same material language. Each voice will be singular and intentional — not seasonal or trend-driven.
Material and Making
Guseli Design objects are crafted from a refined composite material selected for its durability, weight and surface quality. The material allows for controlled casting and a smooth, stone-like finish that holds its form over time.
Each piece is produced through a small-scale studio process. Forms are cast, finished and refined by hand, with attention given to proportion, edge and surface consistency.
Subtle variations in tone and finish are a natural result of this approach. These variations are not defects but evidence of the process, contributing to the character and individuality of each piece.
The focus remains on longevity. Objects designed to be used regularly and to maintain their integrity through everyday handling.
