Products and Orders
We describe our products truthfully, highlighting ingredients like Kakadu Plum for its natural vitamin C benefits. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Wholesale pricing is for approved partners only.
●Orders: We process them carefully from Hervey Bay. Availability can change, and we will let you know if something is out of stock.
●Shipping: Within Australia, with tracking. Times vary, but we aim for prompt delivery.
●Returns: If a product does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, excluding change of mind for hygiene reasons. Products must be unused.
●Errors: We fix pricing or description mistakes kindly.
Payments
We use secure partners like Wix for payments. You authorise charges for your order, including any shipping.

These terms follow Queensland and Australian laws. Disputes go to Queensland courts, but we prefer chatting first to resolve things amicably.
Wholesale Specific Terms
To gain and maintain wholesale status you must agree to the following conditions:
1. Distribution Policy: Botanical Skincare Lab ABN 3629 4745 320 sells to approved retailers for resale through approved retail outlets.
2. Approved Retailers: A retailer wishing to become an approved Botanical Skincare Lab retailer must maintain a physical storefront and/or online business.
Botanical Skincare Lab’s products may not be sold to or through other dealers, authorised or unauthorised, without Botanical Skincare Lab’s prior consent, nor may such products be redistributed.
3. Orders: By placing an order with Botanical Skincare Lab the retailer agrees to accept and be bound by Botanical Skincare Lab’s policies and terms and conditions current at the time of placing the order.
The minimum order quantities are as follows: $300.00
The order is binding on the Retailer once it is placed with Botanical Skincare Lab. Any changes to the order, and any cancellations, must be made prior to dispatch, otherwise, the retailer will be obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value for administration plus any associated delivery costs.
Botanical Skincare Lab is not obliged to accept any order, whether it is a complying order or not.
4. Delivery and retention of title: Unless otherwise agreed by Botanical Skincare Lab in writing, Botanical Skincare Lab will arrange for delivery of orders to the retailer’s premises and will add the delivery charge to the price of the goods.
Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information.
Title and risk in the products pass to the retailer at the time of dispatch. Botanical Skincare Lab retains title to all goods supplied until the goods are paid for in full.
5. Delays in Delivery: Botanical Skincare Lab shall not be liable for any loss or damage the retailer may suffer as a result of any non-delivery or late delivery of any order for any reason whatsoever.
If an order is delivered with less than the ordered number of items or with items not included in the order, Botanical Skincare Lab may either supply the missing items, replace the incorrect items or give a refund for them provided that, in the case of incorrect items, the customer makes them available for collection by Botanical Skincare Lab.
6. Payment Terms: Once your order has been packed and prepared for delivery, we will contact you and issue an invoice for the total price of the goods. Customers must pay the invoice by EFT prior to dispatch of an order. Upon payment of the invoiced amount Botanical Skincare Lab will dispatch the order. All costs are quoted in Australian Dollars. All payments made by credit card attract a 1.75% surcharge on the total invoice amount.
7. Pricing: Botanical Skincare Lab reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Botanical Skincare Lab issues recommended retail prices for its products.
8. Returns: If an item is defective or damaged, Botanical Skincare Lab will accept a return of the item and either repay the wholesale price in full or offer a credit or replacement. Botanical Skincare Lab must be notified of any defective or damaged goods within 5 days of receipt of the order.
Botanical Skincare Lab may alter these terms and conditions at any time by giving reasonable notice to the retailer.
