Where are you located?
We are located in the beachside town of Scarness, in picturesque Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast). All of our products are formulated and lovingly hand-poured onsite.
Are you accepting new wholesalers and stockists?
Yes! We would love to connect with you about selling our products. As we craft our skincare in small batches we reserve our stockists allocation for like-minded businesses that share our appreciation for natural clean skincare. Please contact us for further information.
Can I change my order once submitted?
We aim to pack your order as soon as we receive it. If you have any queries about an order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
What are the postage options?
FREE shipping Australia-wide for orders over $95 (or $9 shipping for orders under $95).
Express Post FREE for orders over $140 (or $14 for orders under $140).
Please ensure your address details are correct as we cannot take responsibility for any products that go missing due to incorrect information provided on the order form.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes! Our whole collection is vegan friendly.
How will my proucts be packaged when posted?
We know how exciting it is to unwrap a box and fold back the pretty layers of tissue paper to unveil our purchases, but unfortunately this contributes to a lot of landfill. So we have made the decision to use recycled packaging. Raw materials and ingredients we purchase arrive in our lab heavily packed so we help the environment by reusing it. We avoid using any unnecessary packaging extras.
Will there be other products available soon?
We are constantly innovating new ideas and formulations for sustainable natural products your skin will love you for. Please send us any ideas as to what you would love us to create next!
Are the Dachshund Bath Fizzies available to post?
Due to their delicate nature they are only available for pick-up. You can collect them from Scarness in Hervey Bay, and if pre-ordered by 30 November they can be collected from Perth (from 9 December) and Bendigo (on 15/16 December).
Do you offer gift cards?
We certainly do! Our gift cards can be delivered digitally, collected from us, or posted to either you or the recipient.
What is your returns/refund policy?
We will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. We are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind after purchase.
Why are your products packaged in amber glass?
Amber glass assists with the preservation of the products and also offers UV protection. We think they look pretty swish too and would make a great addition to your bathroom cabinet.
Can I collect my order from you?
Yes! We are located in Scarness and you are welcome to come to collect your order from us. After you have submitted your order please wait until you hear back from us that your order is ready to be collected.
