Yes, I’m a grown up who “paints my face” every Saturday and here’s why it’s absolutely lovely …

Thank the higher-powers-than-me that we’re all different; it makes for a much more interesting world. But me? I can’t start my day without doing something nice for my space (home, garden, home office) and myself (sunshine, swim, self-care).
It’s about what I put on my body, in my body, into my mind, and into my surroundings, because that’s the most powerful recipe for happiness that I know.
My criteria is simple:
For anything that goes into or on my body, it’s natural ingredients only.
For physical things that make up my space for work and play, each must be “useful or beautiful or both” as the British designer, William Morris, so aptly put it.
It wasn’t always this way, though … I used to rush as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning, pouring my time into everybody else except me.
If you’d asked me how to look after myself, I wouldn’t have been able to even find the words.
You can imagine the joy when I discovered Botanical Skincare Lab.
The Terra Pure Clay Face Mask has become part of my weekend ritual. Every Saturday morning I take one of the pods, crush it, apply the mask, and minutes later my skin feels like satin. Yes, it’s like face painting for grown-ups and that is perfectly acceptable in my book :)
The Chamomile Hydrating Mist sits on my desk, super-handy for those quick moments when I need a refresh, and want to look all dewy and young again (not kidding, it does the job).
The Dreamscape Collection Jar looks gorgeous; it’s the perfect home for the Face Mask Pods.
And the Serenity Bliss tray? So pretty. The perfect base with its clean, elegant lines.
Sometimes it’s the little things that touch each of our senses that make all the difference.
Wellness. Beauty. Art, and calm.
I love that Kim has bundled this together to create the Moments of Renewal Bundle, and I know you will too.
Pick up one for yourself, and one for someone special.
It’s sustainable skincare not only in terms of packaging, but in how it nourishes you.
